There won’t be any leftovers when you fix these ribs! A little bit sweet and a little bit tangy, these ribs are fall-off-the-bone good. If you’re feeding a crowd, double the recipe.
1 onion, diced
3 lbs pork spare ribs
1 package of Chili’s® Applewood BBQ Slow Cooker Sauce
Place onion pieces at the bottom of slow cooker. Place ribs on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour Chili’s® Applewood BBQ Slow Cooker Sauce evenly over the ribs. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours until fully cooked and meat is tender and possibly falling off the bone.Optional: Finish them off on the grill for a crispier outside and to caramelize the sauce slightly by brushing the ribs with the cooked sauce leftover in the slow cooker. Or, broil them in the oven for about 10 minutes at 400º F.
