In a large skillet, season 11/2—2 lbs of ground beef or ground turkey with salt and pepper. Cook on high for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked thoroughly.
Add sauce to skillet and stir gently. Reduce heat to medium, cook and stir about 2-3 minutes until sauce is heated.
Add sliced or chopped jalapenos for extra spicy flavor. Serve on a warm toasted bun.
