Lemon Garlic Shrimp Caesar Salad

What could be better than a Caesar salad topped with tender, succulent lemon garlic shrimp? It’s easy to put together with Chili’s® Lemon Garlic Entrée Skillet Sauce.



Dressing (or use your favorite Caesar dressing):

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup olive oil plus 1 Tbsp., divided
  • 1 tsp. anchovy paste (optional)
  • ¼ tsp. ground pepper


  1. To make the Caesar dressing, combine garlic, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Add 1 tbsp. of olive oil to a large non-stick skillet and heat on high. Add shrimp and cook in batches until fully cooked, usually from 3–4 minutes.
  3. Place all of the cooked shrimp back in skillet and add Chili’s® Lemon Garlic Entrée Skillet Sauce. Cook on low to medium heat thoroughly for 2–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Divide lettuce on plates and top with shrimp and croutons. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to taste.
