Lemon Garlic Chicken and Potatoes Foil Packs

Make deliciously tender and moist chicken and potatoes using only a few ingredients and Chili’s® Lemon Garlic Entrée Skillet Sauce! Easy to put together and even easier to clean up, these foil pack dinners are ideal for camping and other outdoor activities. You can also cook them in the oven or on the grill in the comfort of your home!



  1. Preheat oven to 375º F.
  2. Cut four sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil, each about 12 inches long. Divide potatoes into 4 equal portions and place on the center of each sheet in a single layer.
  3. Place one chicken breast on top of the beds of potatoes in each packet. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with lemon slices (about 3 each). Lay a sprig of thyme on top.
  4. Pour about 2–3 tablespoons of Chili’s® Lemon Garlic Entrée Skillet Sauce over the chicken and potatoes in each packet.
  5. Fold the sides of the foil over the chicken, covering it completely and sealing the packets closed. Place the packets in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for about 25–30 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender. (Cooking time depends on size and thickness of chicken breasts and potatoes; make sure no pink is left inside chicken before consuming.)
  6. Carefully open packets, allowing steam to escape. Serve immediately.

Alternatively, cook packets on the grill until fully cooked.
