Classic All-American Chili

Our chefs’ favorite: fun, bold, but not too hot!

Start with:
1 lb ground beef
1 can (14.5 oz) petite diced tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) red drained kidney beans
Brown ground beef in a large skillet or pot at medium high temperature.  Stir in sauce, petite diced tomatoes, and drained kidney beans.  Bring to a brief boil, then simmer for 8-10 minutes.  Top with shredded cheese if desired.

Serves 6-8
