These cheeseburger sliders are easy to make and taste great too! With our Burger Mix-In Sauce, lots of toppings aren’t even necessary. Serve them as appetizers or as a meal and share the bold taste of Chili’s!

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • 1/8 cup bread crumbs
  • one package of Chili’s® Peppered Bacon Burger Mix-In Sauce
  • 4 slices of Cheddar or American cheese (doubled if desired)
  • 9 slider buns or dinner rolls
  • melted garlic butter
  • dill pickle chips

  1. Preheat oven to 400º F. In a medium-sized bowl, combine ground beef, onions, bread crumbs, and the package of Chili’s® Peppered Bacon Burger Mix-In Sauce. Mix together evenly.
  2. Gently press meat mixture into the bottom of a greased 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch baking dish so it forms one large patty of even thickness. Using a fork, pork holes throughout the meat. Bake for 20 minutes until fully cooked. Carefully drain grease from the pan, remove patty from the baking dish, and set aside. Wipe away any excess grease from the dish with a paper towel.
  3. Create an even layer on the bottom of the pan with the bottom halves of the slider buns, 3 across and 3 down — a total of 9 bun halves. Press into the bottom of the pan if necessary to make them all fit. Place burger patty on top of the buns and top with a layer of cheese slices. Place the tops of the buns over the cheese. Brush melted garlic butter over the tops of the buns. Bake for an additional 3–5 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are slightly toasted.
  4. Cut sliders out with a knife. Poke a toothpick with a dill pickle chip through it into the center of each slider. Serve.
