Bacon Wrapped Mini Meatloaves

Individual meatloaves made full of flavor with Chili’s Burger Mix-In Sauce! Wrapped in juicy bacon and topped with crispy fried onions, these mini loaves are elegant enough for company and easy enough for family dinners.



  1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef with one package of Chili’s® Peppered Bacon Burger Mix-In Sauce (less two tablespoons), egg, bread crumbs and onion. Mix well to equally distribute but don’t over-mix. Divide mixture into six portions and form into approximately 2½” rounded patties (not flattened).
  3. Wrap each patty with a bacon slice until the bacon overlaps slightly. Place on prepared baking sheet and brush tops with reserved sauce. Sprinkle fried onions on top and bake for 55–60 minutes until fully cooked and bacon is golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
