Make these fabulous pork chops with Chili’s® Applewood BBQ Slow Cooker Sauce in just 10 minutes with an electric pressure cooker. If you don’t want to use a pressure cooker, simply follow the slow cooker instructions on the package for slow-cooked perfection.
Turn electric pressure cooker to “sauté” and add oil. Brown each pork chop one at a time on both sides and remove to a pan when browned.
Return all pork chops back on top of trivet. Add Chili’s® Applewood BBQ Slow Cooker Sauce to pot.
Put the lid on and set the pressure cooker to “manual” for 10 minutes. Allow pressure to count down and finish cooking. Turn off and allow pressure to release naturally. After 10 minutes, release any remaining pressure and slowly remove lid, following pressure cooker instructions for removing the lid. Make sure pork chops are fully cooked before serving.
If desired, place pork chops on a foil-lined baking sheet and broil on high for 2–3 minutes until caramelized and bubbly.
