Apple Stuffed Pork Loin

Tuck Granny Smith apple slices into a pork loin and let the magic begin. Cooked slow with Chili’s® Applewood BBQ Slow Cooker Sauce for a fork tender entrée that is company worthy.

  1. Cut slits into the top of the meat about an inch deep, about 1½ inches apart. Stuff with one apple slice per slit.
  2. Cover bottom of the slow cooker with onions and the remaining apple slices. Cut butter into pieces and place on top. Place meat on top of everything. Season meat with salt and pepper if desired.
  3. Pour Chili’s® Applewood BBQ Slow Cooker Sauce over the meat. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours until fully cooked and tender.
