All good things come in pairs. Cook 2 meats at once and give the crowd a choice for their tacos or sliders with this slow cooker hack! Chili’s® makes it simple with just 2 steps: 1) Choose your meat, and 2) Choose your sauce.
Take a few sheets of heavy duty foil and mold them together to form a barrier. Place the foil wall in the center of a slow cooker. Cover with a slow cooker liner, forming two “pockets” on either side of the wall.
Place sections of pork tenderloin on one side of the wall and chicken breast on the other side.
Pour Chili’s Applewood BBQ Slow Cooker Sauce evenly over pork and Chili’s Southwest Savory Slow Cooker Sauce over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until fully cooked and tender.
Remove pork and chicken and place on two separate plates. Shred meat using two forks and put the meat back in their respective sections in the slow cooker. Keep slow cooker on warm while serving. Serve on warmed flour tortillas with taco toppings of your choice.
